Moldova Airspace
LUUU FIR — Chișinău
All VFR flights within Moldova's LUUU FIR require a filed flight plan. This applies to all national and international VFR flights.
Flight Information Service (FIS) is available on 128.975 MHz throughout the entire FIR. Contact at least every 30 minutes.
Airspace Classification
Class C
- CTR LUKK — GND to 2,500 ft
- TMA LUKK — 1,500 ft to FL095
- CTR LUBM — GND to 3,000 ft
- CTR LUBL — GND to FL055
ATC clearance required. Transponder Mode C mandatory.
Class G
- Below 1,499 ft within TMA LUKK
- Below 4,000 ft outside TMA LUKK
No ATC clearance required. FIS service available on 128.975 MHz.
